IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR RESTAURANT PARTNER

The "barcade" concept is being proven in mid-to-large cities across the country. In our tri-state area, Minneapolis, Rapid City, Des Moines, and Omaha all have one or more. For whatever reason, Sioux Falls was the last remaining hold-out until Winter 2017 when my wife and I decided to be first-to-market with our barcade. We are critically acclaimed with a 4.8 rating on Google.

But we are missing one critical component: great food. Our expertise is arcade games and customer experience, not food. Our philosophy is that the food should be good enough and of high enough quality to stand on its own. Certainly better than typical bar food.

We are looking for the right partner to basically "own" the kitchen. The 650-sq-ft kitchen is completely empty (hood was removed), so you will need to provide your own equipment. You will also need your own employees, but there will not be table service. Other than that, terms are very negotiable. If you have even the slightest interest in running your own kitchen, let's talk! With your excellent kitchen, EightyOne can easily be a top destination in Sioux Falls. Message us on our Facebook page.
